Expressing our thought and opinions to others confirms that we are compassionate and care about what others think and sometimes don't think. We also feel like we are a community even though are days are short, the opportunity to interact with another soul is fulfilling. Commenting on someones blog gives that person comfort that someone is listening to them, and have thoughts and advice to give.
other points from the readings about commenting that I found important was the info on keeping a alias, short and simple to remain anonymous. I also liked that on the Ten techniques is learning the only way for it to work is to invite comments, and be open enough to receive those comments graciously. The five in class gave advise and thoughts on several of the tools that we were using in the 23 Things. We all were tickled, frustrated and shared what we learned. Dave Williams, Mith T., Keving Wallace, Amanda Maynard, Lori Jackson. The other sites I kept an eye on was coolcatteacher and the pioneeer woman. Coolcat taught me how to understanding blogging I liked that plus several other insightful tips on classroom and technology. Pioneer woman, I actually commented on a chicken dish she shared, I plan to make it next week for guest.
